Deep bed filter box is widely used for all kinds of aluminum alloys with high precision filtration requirements. The filtration principle is aluminum liquid flow through alumina balls and achieve efficient removal of impurities. The size of DBF is designed according to the melt flow rate. It is easy to maintain, can be operated in manual/ automatic modes, which can be flexibly selected by the user according to the requirements of the production process.
