Degassing is the most effective way to remove hydrogen from molten aluminum . In industry, in-line degassing is usually used. Through the method by rotary blowing, a quantitative degassing gas (argon or nitrogen) is injected into a closed box and broken into micro bubbles, so that the hydrogen can be risen by attaching to the micro bubbles,when rise to the surface of the aluminum liquid,degassing effect can be reached.
Filtration is the most effective method to remove non-metallic inclusions in the molten aluminum. In the industry, non-metallic inclusions in the molten aluminum are generally removed by plate filtration, or combined with deep bed filtration (or tubular filtration). The filter layer is a porous medium and can be accurately calculated to ensure that the filter layer has sufficient thickness to retain inclusions in the area of the filter layer.
The integrated degassing and filtering machine is a good combination of degassing and filtering. The box can be designed with zero residual aluminum or set with a certain volume. The liquid outlet is added with a flow control plug to stably control the outflow of aluminum liquid.

RS-DF series integrated degassing and filtering is the latest development product by Sino-Foundry Refractory(Jiangsu) Co.,Ltd., lead inert gas into the bottom of the box through one (or more) rotating rotor mechanisms. the inert gas is sheared into micro bubbles by a high-speed rotating impeller and uniformly dispersed in the cavity melt. through bubble flotation, good refining effects of degassing, slag removal and alkali metal removal are achieved.
Degassing gas is usually argon or nitrogen, considering nitrogen refining has the formation of nitride impurities,argon is preferred.
