Equipment features
● The metaullics cartridge filter body and upper cover are made of high-quality hot-rolled steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with high-temperature resistant coating.
● The inner lining of the metaullics cartridge filter is integrally cast with high-strength aluminized castable. The periphery of the inner lining is added anti-aluminum liquid leakage insulation materials to prevent aluminum liquid from penetrating into the insulation layer when cracks occur in the inner lining. The insulation layer of the box body uses high-quality insulation board and nano insulation board.
● There is a residual aluminum discharge port at the bottom (the position of the discharge port is based on the plan layout) to facilitate the discharge of residual aluminum.
● The upper cover is opened by hoisting,which is convenient for slag removal and filter plate replacement.
●The metaullics cartridge filter uses electric (silicon carbon rod) heating system, the heater is installed in the upper cover, and the heat transfer is carried out by heat radiation.
● The equipment is designed with thermocouple and protective sleeve for measuring aluminum liquid. This temperature is not involved in heating control.
● The heating system uses PID+ control mode, designed with short circuit protection, over-current protection, leakage protection and so on.
