Rotary Flux Injector
FRA series rotary flux injector is a special furnace aluminum liquid treatment equipment newly developed by Sino-Foundry Refractory(Jiangsu) CO.,LTD. It is mainly suitable for continuous casting and rolling, strip, casting bar and other applications of the holding furnace/molten aluminum furnace occasions, use inert gas as a carrier, the refining agent will be uniformly and effectively injected into the interior of the molten aluminum, and through the stirring of the graphite rotor, the refining agent will fully contact with the molten aluminum,eliminate the temperature gradient difference inside the aluminum melt to achieve the best refining effect.

1. Application of rotary flux injector: Degassing, refining and stirring in all aluminum processing furnaces.
2. The main function of the rotary flux injector:
① Reduce hydrogen absorption and improve the purity of aluminum liquid;
② Reduce the alkali metal content in the furnace;
③ Compared with the traditional spray pipe refining system, it can effectively reduce the aluminum slag;
④ Improve the homogeneity of aluminum liquid.
